Company History

OKSYS was created in Florence, Italy, in 1998 as a commercial brand of the company Quadrante snc, founded in the same year by the current associates Alessandro Mannori and Stefano Poli. Since the foundation, the company has devoted its resources to design, development and fabrication of electronic boards for a third-party. Thanks to its excellent aptitude to hardware and software problem solving and product customization, it has widely affirmed its capabilities.

In 2003, with the development and the realization of an optical chenille yarn clearing system, the company entered the mechanical-textile sector. In 2005, after further consolidation, the SPIDER system was presented to the market. Thanks to its great reliability and accuracy, the SPIDER system immediately met the needs of the most important chenille yarn manufacturers.

The Staff

OKSYS boasts more than 80% graduate personnel and invests yearly in research and development up to 19% of the annual sales (according to 2008 results). OKSYS keeps investing in staff training and updating, making the best of one's capabilities.
