SPIDER OPTICAL UNIT

The Spider Optical Unit is connected to the SPIDER system control unit and is achieves the highest efficiency in the detection of the chenille defects due to pile missing as well as count changing, both for long and short pile yarn. The high-level electronic equipment ensures the perfect reproducibility of the parameters setting on each winder head as well as the complete independence from the environment conditions, namely temperature, humidity and brightness. The Spyd techology auto detects the yarn features making the system programming easy. The SOU is completely made of aluminum and steel and, thanks ti its small size, it can be easily installed on any type of winder.
